This is one of my go-to’s that I have not gone to shortly. Not sure why, nevertheless it’s tastey. I find both a chicken breast or a cut of lean beef and cube it up into small items. After frying that up, I’ll throw in a can of mushrooms, brown rice, broccoli, a green pepper and another veggie I have within the fridge that might go effectively. After the whole lot is cooked I am going to add some soy sauce and balsamic vinegar for taste. I really like the stuff!
